My approach to your wedding is to understand it thoroughly and then let it flow. When I know what’s important to you I can work to capture your day in a low-key way without missing any of the vital elements that make it uniquely your celebration.

The Boutique Approach

I document a maximum of 24 weddings a year to ensure that I can provide you with the time, attention and service you need. This commitment reflects my belief that your wedding photography is a vital part of your family history and should be created with thought, time, care and attention. I ensure that each wedding has all the time it needs to breathe and turn into a truly great photographic collection.

Wedding photojournalism

As a wedding photojournalist (a photographer who captures your wedding rather than directs it) I won’t pressure you to spend time away from your guests for hours on end, I’ll simply create natural, authentic images that capture your day and have real meaning for you. The essence of this is to see your day as a story, with characters, events, drama and emotion, and to document that story in all it’s richness rather than creating staged moments that take you away.

Where in the world?

I’m a wedding photographer based in Boston, Lincolnshire and my work regularly takes me throughout Lincolnshire and into the neighbouring counties of Norfolk, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. If your celebration is even further afield I’m more than happy to travel.
